The Cedarview 40 mm Two-Room Garden House Kit combines 13.4 m² (approximately 144 sq. ft.) of enclosed interior space with a 3.4 m² (approximately 37 sq. ft.) covered terrace.
Its divided interior, separate entrances and double-glazed openings make it suitable as a backyard office, hobby room, garden studio or a combination of recreational space and secure storage.
The building has overall wall-log dimensions of 300 × 500 cm and external wall dimensions of approximately 280 × 480 cm.

Two-room interior layout
The enclosed 13.4 m² floor area is divided into two separate rooms. This arrangement allows the building to serve more than one purpose without requiring an additional internal partition.
The larger section can be arranged as a garden office, hobby room, studio or relaxation space. The second section can be used for tools, bicycles, garden equipment or other storage. Each section has its own entrance, allowing the rooms to be accessed independently.
Covered terrace
In addition to the enclosed rooms, the building includes a 3.4 m² covered terrace beneath the extended front roof.
The 73 cm roof overhang provides a sheltered area in front of the entrances. It can be used for outdoor seating, storing footwear, placing planters or protecting frequently used garden items from direct rain.
Double-glazed doors and windows
The main room is accessed through a 1425 × 1955 mm laminated-timber double door. The second section has a separate 840 × 1955 mm laminated-timber single door.
Both doors are fitted with insulated glazing units. Two 765 × 990 mm double-glazed windows bring daylight into the enclosed spaces and can be tilted or opened for ventilation.
The glazed openings help make the building suitable for activities that require more natural light than a conventional storage shed.
Roof and exterior design
The traditional gable roof has a 28° pitch, a ridge height of approximately 315 cm and a roof area of approximately 24 m².
Its high central ridge gives the interior a more open feeling, while the extended front roof creates the covered terrace and helps protect the entrances from rain.
