General Information

Most of our models are designed to fall under the standard 10m² or 15m² permit-exempt limits in many Canadian regions. However, we always recommend checking with your local municipality as bylaws can vary by town.

Yes. Our kits use a precision-cut interlocking log system designed for DIY assembly. If you can use a level and a hammer, you and a friend can typically have the structure weather-tight in a weekend.

You have options. Most customers use a simple gravel pad, deck blocks, or a concrete slab. We provide a foundation guide with every kit to help you choose the best fit for your soil type.

We use high-grade, slow-grown timber which is naturally dense and resilient. While the wood is untreated for shipping, you will need to apply a high-quality stain or paint shortly after assembly to protect it from the elements.

You get the floor joists, floorboards, interlocking wall logs, roof boards, windows, doors, and all necessary hardware. You just need to provide the foundation and your choice of roofing material (like shingles or metal).

Shipping & Payment

Shipping varies by province and proximity to our hubs. We offer flat-rate shipping to many major regions. Enter your postal code at checkout or contact us for a specific freight quote to your driveway.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), e-Transfers, and bank drafts. For your peace of mind, we also accept PayPal to ensure your transaction is fully secure. For custom or pre-orders, we can often arrange a deposit-based payment structure to help you manage your project budget.

For in-stock models, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. For custom or back-ordered designs, we will provide you with an honest lead-time estimate at the time of purchase.

Since these are heavy timber kits, returns are difficult once shipped. However, if any piece arrives damaged or missing, we ship out replacements immediately at no cost to you. We stand by the quality of every kit.

As long as the kit hasn’t left our warehouse, we are happy to make changes. Once it’s on the truck, it becomes much harder, so we recommend a quick phone call to us if you’re second-guessing a model size!
