Delivery & Pickup

Most Nordic Bunkies kits ship as flat-packed, palletized packages. Kit dimensions and weight vary by model, so please check the specifications on each product page before arranging delivery or pickup.

There are two ways to receive your kit: pick it up directly from our Ontario location, or have it delivered. How delivery works depends on where you are.

Delivery Within Ontario

We deliver throughout Ontario. Your kit arrives on a flatbed truck, offloaded as close as it is safely possible to get to your preferred location. Depending on the product, delivery typically takes from 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery timing is scheduled in advance, and you will be given advance notice of your delivery date.

For hard-to-access locations, difficult terrain, gated properties, or water-access sites, please let us know when you order so we can plan the right approach and equipment.

The delivery fee is added to your final invoice.

Pickup From Our Location

You are welcome to pick up your kit directly from us:

Unit B – 115 Walker Drive, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5P5, Canada

Pickup must be arranged in advance. Please contact us to book a date and time before coming out.

A few things to plan for:

Most kits are palletized and can be loaded onto a suitable trailer. You will need a trailer capable of carrying the size and weight of your kit (check the specifications on your product page). A double-axle flatbed trailer is recommended, with a bed clear of wheel wells or protruding walls so the pallet can sit flat.

Securing the load for safe transport is the responsibility of the customer. If your trailer is not a true flatbed, you can still pick up, but you will need to open the pallet and load the pieces by hand. All wrapping and strapping must leave with the kit and cannot be left on site. Our team is not able to assist with hand-loading.

Orders Outside Ontario & to the USA

We also ship to other Canadian provinces outside Ontario, as well as to the USA. Delivery cost varies by destination, so it is quoted individually rather than shown at checkout.
